Position Highlights

Do you have the passion and drive to provide exceptional, industry-leading customer service? If so, we want you to join our Driver Licensing Office as a Client Service Representative. This in-person customer facing position plays a significant role in processing various licensing transactions for our customers and is one of our main customer touch points throughout the corporation.

As a Client Service Representative, your responsibilities will include problem-solving to determine whether requirements for driver’s license renewals, duplicates and BCID cards have been accurately met. You will work with customers to understand their licensing needs and to handle escalations as they arise. This role requires outstanding customer service skills and the ability to pay attention to detail while ensuring accuracy within a fast paced environment filled with interruptions. Active listening skills are key in dealing with challenging customer interactions along with the ability to tailor your communication style to each customer.

Position Requirements

Successful applicants will have:

  • Outstanding face to face customer service experience
  • Experience handling cash in a fast-paced, transactional environment
  • Exceptional data entry skills and ability to reconcile daily transactions
  • Must meet the Canadian Border Service security clearance requirements of the Enhanced Driver License Program.

Part-time hours of work may range up to 75% of regular bi-weekly hours and are based on business needs. Work shifts may be extended, including Saturdays.

Anticipated schedule: We are expecting the successful candidate will work Monday to Friday from roughly 11:15AM-4:45PM, however, this may change based on business and operational.
