My First Vlog!
Hey everyone! It’s Julie the Fit Gypsy here! I am beyond excited to be learning video editing skills, in order to make my own travel Vlog series while traveling the world as “The Fit Gypsy”, this is a skill that I have been wanting to learn for a very long time!
After reading my article Vlogging VS Blogging, you were probably wondering, “well, where is her Vlog?”
Well… wait no further my friends. I have made my first Video! Please subscribe if you want to follow my journey, and get inspired about health, wellness, fitness, travel and happiness 🙂
Let me tell you, after years of filming fun workout videos, and being in front of the camera while someone else does all the editing. I give so much more kudos and respect to people whom edit those videos and work their “behind the scenes” magic! It is just as fun being on the other side of the camera, plus you get complete control of the outcome of the video!
I want to give a big shout out and thank you to Daniel Baker from Guided Films, who taught me all the ins and outs at Q Academy on how to make my Vlog exciting, as well as how to make it unique to myself, which is really what a Vlog is all about!!
Daniel taught me how to run Adobe Premiere Pro,
- how to use key frames (trust me they are easier than they seem at first!)
- how to make titles
- how ultra keys are used
- how to film myself and all the equipment I need, on a budget.
